Have been using Noel's expertise for tax filling since 2022. Over the last three years, I have been able to always file taxes on time and without any errors or much rework. The documentation is available via the portal to access anytime and also makes it easier to securely upload files. Each year however, the charge for filling taxes with them has increased. Started with $140 for 2022, $200 for 2023 and $260 for 2024 even when all my accounts remained same but I think it's still valuable service, unless there's another hike next year. Overall, it's great value for money because Noel takes time to review the return before filling with IRS, either in person or over a call. We ran into a bit of a bind right before the extension deadline where our previous tax preparer told us (s)he was unable to file our taxes for us before the deadline. The absolute worst. Person is a not knowledgeable about tax laws, write offs or deductions. In fact he's so ignorant that he just brushes of questions and/or tries to Google for answers. Paying him to just do data entry is such a waste when one can do it themselves at the gov website when filing. He doesn't want to help and just file you quickly so he can get to the next person. I also wanted to book a consulting session for my LLC problem and he just printed a guide for me because it is easy to do it without any consultation.
