Prior to her, we worked with 2 others who did not suit our needs. Janie reconciles our accounts at the end of each month. I also asked Janie to start running payroll for us on ADP. Janie is great at collaborating with my employees. They often email her with questions, or ask her to amend or delete an invoice. She also sends us the necessary financial statements at the end of each month, and the 1099 amounts for our contractors to our tax accountant during tax season. She is very responsive to our requests and concerns. She usually responds within a few hours. Janie has a pleasant personality, she is very responsive, she is patient with my employees when they make mistakes entering client payments into Xero (sometimes they will enter payments into the wrong account and she re-enters them for us, which isn't within her scope of duties), and she always tries to help with any requests that we may have. Even after our meetings in-person going over documents, she would also follow-up and double-check to make sure that I hadn't inadvertently overlooked something (and she did find a bunch of details that I had filled in incorrectly as well through this process!)
