I had used this firm to help file my mom's taxes for several years. Some of their younger staff are…read morequite incompetent, in email exchanges they would frequently mix up me and my mom's names - leading me to think they really don't have the sort of attention to detail that is needed for tax services. The junior staff who assisted me and has now left the company, also totally ghosted me once by saying I could drop by at a certain time and then left for lunch during that same time. Additionally I had originally engaged this firm to file both my mom's individual and estate tax return this past year. This was the final straw. I had to repeatedly reach out to make sure they filed the extension. Hannah had originally said they could do the estate return but then a man called me and said they couldn't, but it turns out he was mixed up thinking of another form. Either way after filing the extensions (and charging me $150 for that), they dropped the ball and didn't reach out until after the estate taxes were already due, saying that they had prepared her 1040 and needed the estate tax return to finish filing (lmao really??). Luckily after the phone call, I had already reached out to another much more reliable company, who helped me file everything in a timely manner. Do not do business with this firm - they rely too much on junior staff and are incredibly uncommunicative until you owe them money.
