This company cannot communicate, nor can they work on schedule…read more Zero stars if I could, save yourself some time, effort, and money and look somewhere else. First it was bad communication - called on a Thursday or a Friday and were told a tech would be out by 9am or possibly earlier. Monday comes around and NO ONE shows up until after noon. Mind you, this is after 6 CALLS to the company just to get information! Out of those 6 calls, one representative named Heather was the sweetest and the only person able to actually help me. Plus, it felt like she cared. I was then put in contact with a manager name Jamie. First, she was nice. Now, she's someone who cannot communicate within this dang company. When the tech finally got out, he was kind and respectful. He got the price, called someone, then that someone told them it's not only $630 for just traps & for them to empty traps, but $1000. I don't care at this point, my landlord's paying for it, whatever. The way I understood my conversation with the tech (after stating very frankly we NEED traps out here), he says they could be here latest Wednesday. Wednesday comes by and nothing. I reach out to Jamie, very upset because it's after 3pm and we have not seen or heard from anyone. Again, it felt like the same terrible communication. She then tells me they set traps on Mondays only due to checking them 5 days in a row and no techs working weekends apparently. She then tells me the landlords payment had not yet processed. The payment, I 100% understand. The lack of communication and the misinformation, I do not understand. We wanted them to set traps when they did their quote but apparently there's a DIFFERENT tech for that? But now we have to continue waiting. Here we are, Monday April 27th, 2026 at about 5:45pm. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE. I asked Jamie to let me know when the payment processed or if there were issues. I asked her to call me Monday and let me know what was going on. WTF IS GOING ON? Mind you, all of this is over a raccoon in my ceiling - which is starting to become a biohazard the longer it's up there. I 10000% do NOT recommend this company. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the time & effort and just try another company! **UPDATE - it's now WEDNESDAY April 29th - still NOTHING. No call. No service. AND WE'VE PAID!!** A JOKE of a company!

Never showed up, never received a call for an update when they were coming by. I took off work for…read morethe afternoon as they gave a time range to come by. But again- no call no show. Completely disrespectful of the customers time. If they would have just called and said they were running behind, I would have no issues.
