I took my 2025 Lincoln Corsair here to have the front two windows and windshield tinted. It should…read morehave been a simple job, which is why this whole experience is so frustrating. After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. Tint was not cut straight, larger on one side than the other. They agreed to fix it and had me come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it's clear there is little to no quality control in place. When I brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier--which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn't work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. Along with manger never getting out from behind the desk on 5/2 to see yet again another problem with the job. The job wasn't done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage I would not recommend going here. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right and handled professionally.

This is the only location I tried out of this local chain. I have personally had two different…read morevehicles clean here and my aunt one. Only company we allow to clean our vehicles and been repeat customers going on a few years now. They overall do a good job, especially on the interior for a quick clean volume place. Exterior always comes out about as well as I expect for the limitations of this type of wash (it's eco friendly, about a cup or less of water). A few times, they haven't cleaned the roof of our vehicles (certainly not the norm though). Because it's still a hand wash. You get a overall more thorough cleaning when compared to one of the high volume full service automatic wash bays (these places are very hard on the paint). But I certainly would NOT bring my vehicle here covered in dirt and mud; I will usually pressure wash the exterior before coming in if it's excessively dirty (makes it easier on them and helps eliminate swirls in the paint). My advice for potential customers, use a little common sense and research their method of cleaning. I prefer their approach of cleaning for a daily driver if you keep your vehicle cleaned regularly (I typically let them clean my vehicles every 6-800 miles). Pay a little extra for a more comprehensive cleaning every few months. Totally OCD about your car? I would do it yourself or find one of the concourse OCD detailers who come to you for a high 3 or even 4 figure bill. Location is very convenient, next to Starbucks and Target. Can also join the military if you're looking to serve. I notice they are offering more packages, including ceramic. I asked about it last time I was there and was told the owner is the one who does it. Staff didn't know much about it and said I can email the owner for any questions. This is actually a relief for me and kinda cool that the owner will be there for something that requires machine polishing before application. I look forward to contacting him and discussing getting my new Jeep done soon.

Overall, my car wasn't in rough shape, just needed a simple interior clean and pollen wash with a few bug gunk removed. I normally take care of this myself but lately time has been rare so I figured I'd give them a try. Overall, they did an okay job - not perfect, but not bad. Still a few minor misses here and there. They probably would have gotten a four from me, until I noticed damage near the driver side that. This is pretty obvious damage on the side that I look at every time, so the fact I only saw this after I got this back indicates it was damaged during service. This is fairly bad too as you can see the metal underneath so now I'll have to figure out how to prevent this from rusting. Not sure if I can recommend again due to this unfortunate error.

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!
