I really wanted do love this place, but it's an unfortunate 2/5 stars. My pedicure was unbelievable. Thorough, clean, and super relaxing. My SNS manicure is an entirely different story. My thumb finger was cut because of how rushed and fast she was filing my nails. None of my cuticles or nail bed were cut/pushed down. There was remnant polish left on every single finger and ended up filing and buffing my own nails so 2 other clients could be taken care of. I have to say that I was severely disappointed with how I was treated, but do have to acknowledge that there is potential... if only they had more than 2 people working. read more

How many nail techs does it take to get coffin nails??? At this place three and they still don't look right. First nails tech was horrible. All my nails were uneven in thickness and in length. She spoke no English so when I pointed it out another nail tech had to come and show her what I was talking about, and then a third to try and fix her mistake. I came here after work because I was in need of a mani and pedi. I got an sns mani and a regular pedicure. Let me just say that Maria (the owner) is very sweet. She also gives amazing massages. She worked my feet and legs so good!! I'm on my feet all day so the massage was just what I needed. I also appreciate that they put plastic wrap over the pedicure sink and also use all personal nail utensils to do pedicures. The place seemed very sanitary. I paid $35 for the manicure and $18 for the pedicure. I didn't have to deal with any attitudes which I was thankful for. First experience: I moved back around the neighborhood and realized the new pink nail shop sign on Crosby. I walked in and immediately was greeted by Rosa. My experience there was great. A very clean spot and and they paid attention to detail. I was happy to see a Spanish nail shop in this area. I got a pedicure 4 STARS and gel fill in on my acrylic nails. Overall I gave them 4 stars...... BUT........ Second visit: I started with my pedicure first. 4 STARS again. This time I came with my natural nails. I asked them for a full acrylic gel set. I was very disappointed with the outcome. I got long nails and asked for a coffin shape. My nails did not get enough powder and although I love the nail color, the nail polish was poorly painted on. I told the nail tech about it and she reassured me that it was okay. I had to go so I told her to leave it as is. The following day while doing laundry my left pinky finger popped off. If it was good job the nail would have broke in half but it popped. Literally 5 minutes later the right pinky finger nail popped. I was so upset. They open from 9:30am to 7:00pm. I work all the way in CT and can't make it back to them. I had to go to another shop during my lunch break and got charged $30 just to fix the two nails and change the color since they didn't have matching one. How inconvenient is this. I give them a 3 Star because they do really good pedicures + they are clean + when I called they were nice to me but I told them I couldn't make their store hours till the weekend. read more

So I usually go to another place to do my nails but I wanted something a little closer to my home. I've seen this nail salon for a few months and thought about coming but never did because it didn't have many reviews (none that were that good anyway). So I figured I'd take a chance and try them out. I will give my complete honest opinion because I am super picky. The spa pedicure was amazing, the massage was so nice. I wish there was less talking from the customers (one lady was talking so loud on the phone I felt like telling her to get out!) but you can't control it if we're in the Bronx people are going to be loud. However, it was a very nice relaxing massage, Rosa Was very sweet and accommodating. The massage chairs for my pedicure are so new, you can tell they're new because they felt fantastic. My pedicure and SNS are gorgeous. I am super picky with my SNS and I had a specific look that I was going for and she got it down to the nail. She was very detailed and organized. They actually soak your nails the correct way with aluminum foil and goss. It was great, she was fast and pleasant to talk to. I also have to stress the fact that she was very accommodating, sometimes you go into these nail salons and some of these girls have attitudes she was not like that at all. Came here earlier today, waited for a gel manicure which isn't a big deal. After my old gel was soaked off the nail technician was talking to her friend. Not paying attention she broke my pinky nail. Then proceeds to start to glue my nail back. So I asked her to cut my nails instead. Nail tech then proceeds to cut all my nails down to the pink of the nail. If she was paying attention she would have done better. My first time I came here had a phenominal gel manicure. This not so much and now my nails feel raw from being cut to short. read more

My favorite nail technician is Rosa. She does great work. The other ladies who work there rush and do not pay attention to detail as much. I agree with the other reviewer that mentioned the atmosphere is not relaxing. The owner brings her child into work often and he is very loud and misbehaves. She also has her husband in the shop often talking and disrupting the atmosphere. I continue being a customer because their prices are low and Rosa works there. read more

They were so nice! The place was so clean, it's a brand new business. I had to leave my previous nail place because I was fed up with their rudeness but this place was so great the people were amazing!! Wanted to really like this nail salon but they lack hygiene. Place looks clean, however my experience was not the best. Went in for SNS and pedicure for myself and mani and pedi for my husband this past Saturday. By Sunday 2 of my nails designs peeled off, she didn't cut my cuticles or cleaned my nails under after she was done. Also she didn't oil my cuticles. Oh, and they forgot my pedicure but by then I didn't care. My husband's pedicure was ok, but while getting manicure, the technician cut him, he was bleeding so much, they couldn't get it to stop. She followed by pressing the little bottle of the blue liquid they use when they cut you, and pressed the bottle onto his bleeding thumb and was so nonchalant about the whole thing, didn't apologize or anything. Our issue is that if she's pressing the bottle on every person she cuts, this is unacceptable, unsanitary and dangerous for the customer. All kinds of infection and diseases can be transmitted. I will never go back to this place. Another thing I didn't like is that while technicians work the manager or the owner, hovers over the technician to look at her work. If I could give this place a zero star I would. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to go to this place since it opened, but first experience was not the best. read more

I just left getting a pedicure. It was a horrible experience. Sat down at 2:46 and was finished by 2:58. She did not file my nails, nor did she clean them or buff, all she did was cut and polish. Ok so on august 3rd I left a previous review I was the one with the purple and diamond nails so they are very nice and helpful and very clean and Maria the owner even took my temperature when I first came in so I did my nails and I was happy with the outcome but today is only August 10th and my nails haven't lasted they feel loose and one even came off very disappointing I will not return. read more

I went here on a Tuesday night around 6:30. I originally wanted a manicure and I noticed their sns colors and decided to do that they were very welcoming and no one was in there so I sat down. It's Latina owned. My nails came out super cute and I paid a total of $41.35 and that included tip and the tax from the card machine so the nails were $35. Really sad because I used to really like this place. Went today for a pedicure and a gel manicure and they had a new person who I am not sure if she has ever done a gel manicure in her life. The owner had to come and salvage the manicure, the other woman did such a sloppy job. Then told me after I had paid that if something happens like the gel comes off early that they will fix it for free... implying that she thinks something is going to happen.
