They were by far the most professional and personable in the initial meetings, and although they were a little pricier than we were hoping to spend it ended up being worth every penny. Once signing the contract we were immediately given access to an app called Vibo which was our one stop planning shop! In the app we answered somewhere around 100 questions about our wedding day. I know it sounds excessive, but it really helped us in our planning to think about things that wouldn't have come up naturally and also ensured we could give a complete and total picture of the day to our DJ. We were also able to input song choices for all the special moments in the app, as well as share a link to enable guests to add their requests which was fun! We were assigned Alex Eveslage as our DJ and he was AMAZING! We met about a week prior to the wedding and discussed the details from A to Z including timeline and outline for the night. Alex ensured that the whole evening flowed smoothly and perfectly matched the vibe of our crowd. Our dance floor was packed the entire time open dancing was going on and our guests couldn't stop raving about how much fun our wedding was! Alex continued to check in with us throughout the night to ensure everything was going well, and he even indulged a ridiculous special request from me. Can't recommend PartyPleasers enough - make sure to ask for Alex when you book!

Our experience with Party Pleasers was a bit of a journey, but ultimately, they delivered where it…read moremattered most. To be completely honest, we had a rough start. I initially worked with Jeff Heidelberg, and unfortunately, communication was very frustrating. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered, and with the wedding getting closer--about a month out--it definitely added unnecessary stress. Thankfully, everything turned around at the right time. During a meeting at Manor House, I found out Party Pleasers was onsite and had the opportunity to connect with Tasha. She was wonderful from the moment we spoke--responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in understanding our vision. She followed through on everything she said she would do and took the time to meet with me to ensure we were aligned. The results reflected that care. The atrium looked exactly like the vision we had provided--it was beautifully executed. The head table was also done very nicely and fit the overall look perfectly. While I don't believe the uplighting was fully in place as expected, what was done still looked good and added to the ambiance. The photo settee wasn't quite what we originally envisioned, but it still worked well in the space. The large repurposed floral pieces from Robin Wood Flowers really helped bring that area together and created a beautiful effect. Overall, while the beginning was stressful, Tasha truly turned the experience around and made sure the final outcome was something we could be happy with.

I am so glad we hired CEP. I was really torn on whether or not I wanted to hire an event…read morecoordinator, now I am so so so glad we did. It was well worth the money and then some. We selected the day-of-coordination package, Julie was great to work with, she helped us find a package that was in our budget and best met our needs. Our day of coordinator, Therese, was AMAZING!!! She reviewed all my timelines, if I had any concerns about vendor contracts she read over them and gave me her opinion, and she was always prompt to reply to my emails. She did a great job coordinating the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. The peace of mind alone was well worth the cost. Everyone kept telling me, something will go wrong on your wedding day....they were wrong. WIth the help of CEP, everything was perfect. It was an absolute dream come true. Having these girls around made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my wedding day. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any of my friends or family getting married. They're a delight to work with.

There is no…read moreway I would have been able to pull off planning a wedding (during a global pandemic) without Ali at Cincy Event Planning. We had a unique circumstance as we decided to conduct a small private ceremony in 2020 and host our larger wedding ceremony in 2021 due to the government mandates around hosting larger gatherings during the pandemic. Ali provided her expertise during both of our wedding ceremonies, flawlessly helping us change venues, conducting all of the necessary vendor conversations and making design recommendations to bring the Disney fairytale wedding of my dreams to life! The day of our wedding event could not have went any better. Ali and her team ensured we had absolutely no worries, and were on top of every possible situation so we had nothing to worry about other than celebrating with our guests! Working with this team was a breeze, professional, extremely organized, proactive and prompt with communication and just a joy to be around. It is evident wedding planning is their passion and they truly care about their clients, and the experience they help create for them. I highly recommend Cincy Event Planning, 10/10!

Cute space but bad business…read more So my MOHs for my wedding booked this space for my bridal shower. I'll start with the pros: great overall space and the decor fit the color scheme of burgundy and gold. Now with the cons: The theme was eclectic and the designer did not deliver. Nothing about the decor was eclectic, I'm not sure she knew what that was. Check the pictures. The designer/manger SCAMMED us. We paid for an unlimited mimosa bar and sweet table and received none of it. For the mimosa bar there was only 2 bottles of champagne. What is unlimited about 2 bottles. If you brunch you know 2 bottles are gone in 6 minutes tops! Also no sweets whatsoever. My bride tribe had to find a grocery store and buy champagne and sweets. She did not give us our money back or explain her scamming ways. Finally as the event ended she was not there to lock up! Who leaves there business for their guest to lock it up. The caterer for the shower explained that this was unfortunately common behavior for the owner. So much potential with so little passion & leadership.

To make right, the owner reached out to my friend and offered her the space, free of charge, for an event of her choosing. Today, my friend used the deal to host a pop up & sip for her luxury beverage business. The venue was dirty. The tables were not cleaned after the last event, and had to be wiped down prior to the event today. The floor was sticky. The refrigerator and freezer were both dirty. The venue is in a great location and has so much potential. I wish it was better managed and taken care of. It was very kind of the owner to reach out and offer the space for free to make up for the first event, but it just seems like the venue can't get it right.

We recently held an event for around 70 people, and this venue was absolutely perfect…read more The vintage décor is beautiful, and sparked lots of conversation. I was just amazed with the attention to detail. Serving dishes, glass wear, full kitchen, sound system, two large screen televisions, and even games for the kiddos were all provided. The owner has thought of everything you might need, and she is always very quick to respond with answers to any questions you may have. On top of all of that, the price is very reasonable, and the whole place was spotless. Very highly recommend!

Plenty of street parking nearby and…read morevery easy to get to on Harrison Ave. We loved the eclectic vintage furniture and decor that really transform this space and make it stand apart from other "party room" type spaces. There was ample tables and counter spaces to serve food and host activities. Our primary complaint was the AC. If the AC was running, we couldn't tell. We didn't really have hot food aside from 1 crockpot, but with about 40 people in the space, it was quite warm inside. There are curtains that go partway across the storefront windows, but they only provide some shade and do not assist in keeping the room cool. Lighting may need to be improved because it would be a bit dark without the natural sunlight, but thicker curtains to help block the afternoon sun would be an improvement!
