I also recently found out that Kenny LOST video footage (drone shots that I was really looking forward to and were part of the reason I hired him) and he didn't even bother to tell me they were gone until I asked him where they were. While the day of the wedding went fine, if you plan on ever seeing a final product and video, then don't go with Kenny! We got married in August 2015 and as of February 2017 we have not received our wedding video as paid for! He does not respond to phone calls, emails, text messages. His associate then emailed me about sending the finished product almost a year and a half later but STILL has not sent anything! The only emails I get are excuses, I truly believe that they don't even have a finished product to begin with and keep stringing their customers along. If you want a video keepsake of one of the most important days of your life, please look elsewhere, I only wish we went with someone more trustworthy than Kenny, yet unfortunately we cannot redo our wedding day.
