Wayne came out and looked at everything we wanted done. He was on time, courteous, professional and my hubby and I liked him. He gave us a written quote before leaving and it was extremely reasonable! He did the work July 16, 2013 and we are very pleased. As we both had to work, my elderly parents met him at the house to let him in and stayed until he was done. If Wayne had a question, he called my husband to speak with him rather than trying to get an answer from my parents. He was polite and courteous to them and they really liked him. Through no fault of his own, there were two items on the list he couldn't do. He wrote those down as items not completed and deducted the charges from the original quote. I would recommend Wayne to anyone, and he will be the only electrician we use in the future! Thank you Wayne!
