I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear.
