I was worried because I had ten years of work from my small consulting business on it and was unsure how much of that I had backed up properly or at all. I asked Yuriy to restore a lightly used HP given me by a client to its factory settings and transfer all of the files from the old one to the new. He said barring any issues, it should be done in 24 hours. Yuriy called the next day and said it was ready. To see my desktop set up exactly as it was on the new equipment was a relief.
