Based on the location and decor, one would not expect too much about the food. Our group of 4 ordered 4 different dishes, with mine being the pan fried Hake. Well let me tell you, all 4 dishes were licked clean by the end of the meal! That should tell you something about the taste. We were initially blown away by the presentation of our dishes. Again, we didn't expect such level of presentation that's typically seen at fine dining establishments, not a rusty boat in the middle of a small town. People find it difficult enough in times like these to get out for a meal, so on the occasion that you do get out, you want to make sure you're getting well fed. The Temple may have gone too far, as it no longer opens for breakfast, and also introduced a two-course special before 7 o'clock a while back to try and stimulate business. Aside from all that, the place does have a nice homely feel, decorated with wood and bare brick, and a fire.
