It took 30 minutes to get the food, and because they had forgotten one of the item, that needed to be cooked, I had to wait another 20 minutes. The drinks did not come fast either but because we ordered their specialty drinks, I can understand it takes time to prep. Staff is nice, but quite frankly I would have appreciated a "sorry about the wait/for messing up your order" and they could have warned us about food time prep. Either way, for us it was the last time we were taking food here.

I think I would be more willing to return if I had not paid so much for something I was not very impressed with. The flavor of ube was not really there, it was just very purple. This is just my opinion though and warrants no hate for this business. The ambiance is very cute and like I said, the place has serious potential, especially had there been any baked goods for sale.

It didn't have a very strong coffee flavor and didn't feel particularly bold. The employees were really nice and answered all of our questions (we asked a lot). The inside of Mystic Coffee was really cool. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the decorations were very unique. We'll definitely check out this place again when we're in the area. I came here after a beach day with my family as we were craving something sweet and refreshing. Since it was on the way home, it was an easy decision to stop by here. Parking is super easy as this is located in a parking lot with plenty of spaces. We got two of the bingsus-- strawberry mango and the earl grey boba tea snow. Both were so good and catered to different palates. I really loved the earl grey one because it came with lychee jelly which was an expected but pleasant surprise. The mango strawberry is a classic and it did not disappoint. The inside was clean and the staff was super nice. They also had cakes here and some specialty Asian desserts. A great spot for dessert in Hollywood!

The service here is amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I love that with every drink order they write cute notes on the top of your cup. I also really love the stickers!! I've never been inside, and I actually don't think you can go inside, but the outside vibes are really fun. The coffee is always tasty and strong. I always try something new. They had the nitro tank and all. Today's coffee was from Guatemala and Indonesia. We also had a hibiscus, lime mixed, with jalapeño, YES, jalapeño. This drink was not only beautiful, but also delicious. Served cold and so refreshing. I could taste and smell the aroma of the hibiscus while I enjoyed the spicy jalapeño. Was so gooooood.
