We tried calling to report this incident but they completely ignored us and left us on hold for over 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable work behavior and we expect better and change soon.

Staff is friendly enough but checkout is always too slow here, quickly realized that it wasn't worth waiting just to buy the one shirt I wanted. And that sums up the trouble with these boxes, I bet they'll all close during the next economic correction due to the lack of easy accessible shopping options despite the variety and decent prices.

Lots of seasonal wreaths, candles, lanterns, rugs, pillows. They had a small amount of furniture as well including upholstered chairs and a few mock industrial shelves. Prices were reasonable. We scored an 8x10 area rug on clearance for $99. They want your birthdate so they can send you a birthday coupon and a free gift. Service was friendly and greeted us when we came in, although they didn't offer to help us carry out the rug or hold the door. There is plenty of parking with easy in and out. I'll be back.

The store is part of a new strip mall of stores in Whitestown. The store is large filled with everything you could need for crafts, sewing, art and anything you can think of for home decor. The colorful displays of imported themed decor are scattered throughout the store. There were beach themed displays, sports themed displays, llama displays, garden displays, shabby enamel displays, so much - all neatly designed. There are several aisles of silk flowers. Also, a big section of party supplies and seasonal decor. This store is immaculate. Prices were good. Furniture (small furniture) is always 30 recent off and they run other weekly specials that are posted as you walk in the store. Everything seemed to be 40 percent off. The staff seems competent. I was not greeted when I can in, but the clerks were busy. They rallied as a line developed at the check out and opened two lanes quickly. Parking was easy on a weeknight but I'm guessing it gets busy on a Saturday. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. If you are looking for anything crafty they probably have it. I'll be a regular.

I expected themed drinks but wow, did they go all out with the decorations and little surprises. They had games like a Horcrux Hunt going on, little wands you could use to turn on and off lights, a super fun photo opportunity area, and people in full costume to greet you! The outdoor movie area had some tables and hay bales. Many brought their own chairs. The screen was a bit small and I wish the parking lot lights had been turned off however, probably not possible and none of that really relates to the coffee shop lol. They pulled off a really lovely event that left me with some great memories and a chance to dive back into childhood nostalgia. Also, those macarons were SO good and my friend loved the themed hot chocolate she got. I know that they do other events from time to time. Hats off to the event planner! As an aside, the space here is absolutely lovely and I hope to come back again soon on my remote work day.

I was the only Black customer in the shop at the time, and the pattern of being repeatedly passed over while others were helped first did not feel random. When I asked about my order, I was told they were "busy," but that didn't match what I was seeing--people were consistently being served ahead of me. Being ignored for that long while others moved through quickly made me feel unwelcome and singled out. Whether intentional or not, the way this was handled came across as discriminatory and needs to be addressed. I hope management takes this seriously, looks into what happened, and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

I was greeted by a friendly and helpful clerk when I entered. They carry everything from wood burning stoves to chicken treats. I was distracted by some really great clearance deals that I found throughout the store. I picked up solar lights, a half priced Halloween costume for my dog, Halloween planters, a mum for a $1 and boots for my granddaughter. There were lots of great deals. I found the chicken doormat that I originally came in for. The store carries everything that you could imagine for your farm, pet or home and prices are really good. They even carry name brand clothing such as Columbia. Check out was quick and easy. I left with my cart full of great bargains. The parking lot is easy to navigate. There are accessible spaces.
