I like how its setup is similar to the Walmart I go to in Vegas. I do find it weird that their beauty products, such as hair care is right next to the produce & desserts. Of course there is self-checkouts here which we always use. Tonight I tried the scan & go on the Walmart app which was OK....you still have to go thru a self check-out & scan the barcode from the app. I bought some ETOH so I had to wait for an employee to come & tell the register I was over 21...too bad I didn't get carded! lol Store appeared clean & shelves were stocked. But I informed her that I could send over the evidence of there being more than one additional charge. Sally just interrupted me and told me to call Citibank and Walmart was not going to do anything. Have filed a formal complaint to the Office of the Arizona Attorney's General,civil litigation division, Case number CIC 26-016493. Under no circumstance should Walmart be allowed to do multiple charges for the same transaction.
