It's a nice shopping complex with an outdoor mall format. It's a bit cold right now to enjoy the fresh air between stores but I imagine it's really nice in the warmer months. They have a lot of the major chains I frequent like DSW, Old Navy, NY&Co and the Loft. There are public restrooms and places for coffee and food as well. This is a newer mall that offers more upscale shops than other malls in the area. It is the perfect place to be on a beautiful day, though it can be miserable in the winter. It has beautiful landscaping with trees that bloom in the spring. When the wind blows, pretty little petals shower the walkways! Love it! Some of the shops I frequent include Bergners, Charlotte Russe, Charming Charlie's, Old Navy, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Banana Republic. There are several options for places to eat including steakhouses, stir fry, coffee shops, and ice cream! There are several specialty shops as well. Check the store directory online before visiting. Since this mall is so new, things are always changing to find the perfect fit for the local consumers.

The store has definitely changed since the last time I was here, I love how there's so many different varieties of household items in the store and for pretty decent prices too. But, the service was amazing and what I did buy was a great deal for the money. Because I know what something is worth... The management of this story seems to not be thinking clearly in relation to the disabled who need your electric carts to shop In particular, they've decided to block the nearest entrance int the coffee shop where the electric carts are charging. It would be fine, but they also place displays in front of the coffee shop railing which causes the disabled to walk around who need the railing to keep from falling. As I am one who struggles walking at longer distances, I could be severely hurt as I walk with a prosthetic leg. The other option is to place the electric carts closer to the regular shopping carts to charge them I am just trying to make a better suggestion that could save you from a handicapped person serious injury in your store Thank you, Edward A Casto

Asked a cashier if not all Big Lots had the same sale, she asked the rude cashier, whom I assume is the manager and she said no. Went to my car and looked up their Big Lit sale and it did say 40% off sale, instead of arguing I left and went back the next day. Guess what 40% off! So I got a couple things and realized when I got home one was damaged, so I went back to make sure they had one left and they did so I got that and asked the "manager" if I could return my item to any store, when I did that she was not pleased and tried to get me to signup for rewards when I said No thanks, she had nothing more to say to me! If you don't like the public, don't work with them!
