Store is a huge mess, looks like a rummage sale. Girl at the counter was not interested in helping me.

this girl in the fitting room... i was trying to get her attention for 5 minutes but she was on her phone the whole time. i couldn't catch her name, but i think it started with a J, but she had long black hair, really slim, and had very poor customer service. despite the great service from other employees, this one changed my opinion on the place. i love old navy but if that behavior continues i won't be coming back.it also looked like the other employees were also getting upset about the situation and one might have even talked to her about it. the same girl who tried to get her attention stepped in to help me. read more

The best place in town for clothes that look nice, but fall apart or shrink after 2 washings. Prices are cheap. Good place to get play clothes for your kids. We go there to buy nice looking clothes that we don't mind our kids tearing up. read more

So we go in for the big sale and find a few things. They had a buy one get the second half off. When we went up to the register it wasn't and it wasn't adding up why none the less we left the clothes at the store and left I won't be back. I suggest you avoid this place. read more
