Cat was insanely unprofessional, showing up only 10 minutes prior to the appointment, walking in seemingly in a bad mood because we had arrived before her. Once we got into the shop, she sat the bride to be down to ask her some questions. Overhearing how she spoke she was just rude, apathetic, and just plain mean. She made inappropriate remarks about appearance and made the bride uncomfortable to the point she was in tears. Not a good way to start a dress fitting even before any clothes were tried on! We walked out immediately after hearing how cat spoke to our daughter and didn't look back. Would NOT recommend as it put a damper on our whole day. Just terrible.
