I like this place for dog toys and beds. I run a dog daycare and we are always in need ot mats, toys, bones, etc... This place is clean and organized and I love being able to get dog toys as cheap as 2.99. Ross and Marshalls have a decent selection too, but I always seem to find something good at a good value here...and if they don't have anything that day, it's easy to see as they do keep things pretty well maintained. read more

This has to be one of the better discount stores out there that carry name brands, but much smaller in comparison. The aisles in the women's clothing area were a bit cramped.. there was barely enough room for the shopping cart! But at least all the clothes were properly organized by size and style, and the dressing rooms were surprisingly clean. There were some good deals too. I bought an oversized women's briefcase for $25 and a pencil skirt for $17 (originally $50) for an upcoming business event. I'd definitely come back to do some gift shopping. Completely got racial profiled from a cashier at this store and nothing was done about it. My measly 4 20's were scanned for counterfeit after walking by 3 counters of women paying with cash not being scanned at all. When asked why my money was scanned she said it was policy. But is wasn't policy for the little old white ladies next to me? I have been coming here for two years and never once felt this disrespected before. The manager was completely no help at all either, he was just trying to blow it off. What an incompetent group of employees. Move on. Find a better TJ Max with better customer service. Additionally, the manager, Earnest, would refuse to give us the name of the employee who racially profiled us. After me having to video record him did he finally give me her name, Ramona. Love this spot. The clothes are perfectly on trend, the store is clean and the staff is helpful. Obviously a great place for clothes but I love to get kitchen and home stuff here too. Got a sweet pair of kitchen aid knives that I LOVE here. And believe it or not they have an awesome selection of baby clothes. My daughters wardrobe is almost entirely from here. Lots of brand name stuff including Carters for super cheap. Also, I like how there's no limit to the amount of things you can try on and that the fitting rooms are well lit and always clean. I was just here last week and the fall stuff is so super cute!! Pay no attention to the review by Desiree, racial profiled?!? Lmao!! This stores employees are so culturally diverse as well as their customers and I for one am glad their money is being checked. Makes me feel better about the change I receive back from them. Overall, every TJ Maxx is pretty much heaven. I purchased an adorable purse which my $10.00 off coupon for purchasing things on my TJ Maxx Credit Card. Honestly. This store is terrible. DO NOT BUY UNDERWEAR FROM HERE. they accept returns and put them straight on the floor. I would know I worked there. Do you know how many sets of lingerie I returned the day after valentines day?! This is disgusting. I enjoy coming to TJ Maxx, most of the staff are very nice. I visited today after a couple of months and had a bad experience. There are no sign displayed saying you can't try out clothing, so my mother tried out a jacket which we were definitely going to buy, I turned around when I hear one of the employees, a young girl, addressing my mother in a very loud voice that made all the people around us turn and look saying she was not allowed to try items and if she wasn't going to buy it, which i don't know why she assumed that without asking, she had to take the jacket and put the jacket in "quarantine". I didn't want to make a scene so I just said sorry, she did not know . As I admit it was my mother's fault to try the item on during this time and I appreciate the staff taking all the precautions during this hard time I do not think it was okay for her to literally scream at my mom that she could not try the item on. It would of been appreciate it if she would have come and tell us without having to yell and embarrass my mom in front of everyone. After she walked away, my mom told me to go tell her to give us the jacket as she felt embarrassed and didn't want them to not being able to sell the jacket due to her trying it on, I refused because what she did, screaming at my mom, was not okay. Also, I saw two other ladies walking around trying stuff on, checking themselves on the mirror and putting the clothes back on the rack and I never once saw the girl approach them or yell at them saying they were going to put the stuff in quarantine, even though she was around when that happened, Other than that, it is appreciated that they care of everyone's safety, signs should also be displayed to avoid confusions and to warn other people because as I said, I saw other people do it. read more

This is a horrible store with bad customer service. The cashier and manager talked down to me after trying to return a pair of pants that I purchased 10 days ago. It was "showing in their system" so instead of helping me I walked to the floor found the same damn pants and threw it on the table. And yet the cashier still have me attitude. I will never shop here again. Where I spend my money I expect customer service. From now on I'm only shopping at Nordstrom Rack. read more

Yesterday I visited this location in search of jewelry. A young woman named Vanessa working the jewelry Department was the prime example of going above and beyond. She helped me search for all the rings that were my size and once I found the perfect one that was a size bigger she took the time to call two other locations to check for my size which overall had her waiting 20 minutes on hold. Normally no one would have the patience to wait on the phone that long. Truly appreciate employees who take the time to make sure the customer is satisfied! read more

TJ Maxx has really upped their game in recent years. This store has been here forever, and while I would occasionally find stuff that was okay in the past, there are some real gems in here now along with a lot of the basics. Has a bit of a treasure hunt feel, which I enjoy. Employees are friendly and customer service is good, never had a problem with returns, there's always plenty of parking. The men's section is a bit small and I've never ever liked any of the shoes, but those are the only major downsides. A million times better than the newly-opened Ross nearby. read more

I tend to shop at TJ maxx because I always find gym equipment\ clothing for half the price compared to actual sporting good stores and the home decor section is lovely. Great selections for frames, house goods, candles, and picture frames. I enjoy the large selection and have rarely bought anything else from this location. They have great brands like Nicole Miller and Michael kors. Parking can be frustrating but worth it. read more

This TJ Maxx has much variety of home goods. I love coming here to buy items to redecorate the house and for a good price as well. Staff is helpful when you ask them for anything you may need, but does need a little bit more organization. read more
