Working 70 hours per week allowed very little time to bring it in to be fixed but I finally had a day to do that today. Spoke with Amanda who had to ask Chelsea if it was ok to send back. She tried to charge me an additional $40 to have it sized again! After asking if they only honor their repair work for less than a year they asked if I wanted to send it in or not. I declined and stated I no longer trusted them with my precious jewelry and an apology would have been appropriate at this point but she couldn't even offer that to me. Very poor customer service and awful business standards.

Also, the nice store clerk advised me what is worth bringing in. My stuff can stay there up to a year to be sold. The split is 50/50 but in any case that's better than throwing stuff away or wasting time with a yard sale.
