The aisles are always blocked and stuff piled in the floor. I only saw 3 employees none of which were trying straighten up at all. They were all gathered at the registers. We left because it was hard to even shop in there.

The owners of this store in the managers have no pride are they would sell quality products undamaged. People are allowed to hang around the store front and on the windows in and round the store, begging for money and other goods. Children are allowed to run around and play with toys in the middle of the floor tearing out the displays that should be for sale and are if a person can find one it's not already been torn up in the store the same for the clothing people will try stuff on and leave a nasty pan recliner in something like a nasty panty liner in a bathing suit or pants. No one chicks that before its return to the right. That's unsanitary it is definitely not the American way they have got to do better. Are they will continue to only have certain types of people frequent their store.

Incentivize businesses, bring back the carousel, the candy machines, the center walkway kiosks. A good coffee shop, restaurant, an arcade, and a club could improve upon its appeal. Or better yet, tear it down and make a strip mall like they did with Riverbend. With all the space, this mall could be a great place for our community. (Potential waisted is just waste) This mall is slowly dying.

However, they actually had a cute clothing store along with some good food choices. The mall was relatively clean and had a lot of space to walk around. Maybe it seemed bigger because it was so empty? Either way, it was much more pleasant to window shop without crowds of people.

People customers and many employees not wearing mask. I saw an employee with gloves one day since this this covid stuff became enforced. Been out of certain items for months. Employees most times have stopped wiping carts. This store should be only for pick up orders and hope the items listed as on the Walmart app are a yin stock. The app always list items in Stock when they actually haven't been in months so pickups might offer substitution or rapid refund options on payment.

The shopping center looks like it has recently been paved and maybe in the middle of a face lift. Most of the shops here looks like it caters to the large vibrant Hispanic community in the area. There is a large Hispanic grocery store, restaurant and cafe nearby. The West Rome laundromat is located here as well but the place looks like it could use a good wipe down.
