Neither worked, but he wasn't going to quit. He made 3 different phone calls while I was there and he was finally able to talk to someone who could resolve the issue. He was very patient and kept apologizing even though I told him it wasn't his fault. Before I left, Austin put together a few items to give to me as a gift for being patient and waiting!
