The waiting room must of had 30+ people waiting with no empty seats available. I immediately canceled this appointment and left. How discourteous to a patient / customer not to have at least called to tell you about the delay or to reschedule.

I was really nervous cuz I have had 2 bad experiences in the past and had not let anyone touch my hair in 4 years. She is very nice and personable , made me feel comfortable . She asked what I wanted to do and listened. She diode a great job with subtle highlights and only trimmed my hair a tiny bit like I asked. Very pleased with the result!
