On January 27th, 2025, I made the regrettable mistake of stopping here. I was greeted with hello, we have no bags, sorry, I then was offered help by one of the team members, I knew exactly what I wanted to look at, it was the retinol, I have often bought this product from Sally's with no problem. This time, while they had different retinol products, I didn't see the one I usually purchase. So I pulled out my reading glasses, started reading the labels. Then I decided to do more research, put my reading glasses in the pocket of my hoodie, and leave. As I walked out the store, there were 3 women and one man out side, they said have a good day, I replied same to you. As I started backing out of my parking spot, one of the woman takes a pic of my license plate, I wondered what that eas about, so I circled around to the front of the store, the women went inside, the man stayed outside, he yelled to me ( do you want to return what you stole ) , I immediately shouted back I didn't steal anything , then i left. After thinking about it , I decided to go back , and talk to the person in charge, as I walked up to the door, the man locked the door, I said really? Then I turned around and left. I have my own money that I use to buy what I want, I don't steal, nor am I a thief, I did call customer service, I encouraged the woman on the phone to go look at the camera system, they would see that I did not steal anything. This is a really bad experience for me or anyone else, I do not suggest that anyone shop here, unless your into being treated like a thief. read more
