Tried to get manager to make an exception seeing as I need a dress for graduation and don't have the extra money to buy another dress from somewhere else without the refund. Even with receipt and tags still on dress, they will not work with customers. Poor customer service. Will not do further business with this store. Buyer beware. They have a huge, huge selection of clothing for women as well as shoes and accessories. There is also a men's section which is not as vast as the ladies but offers, jeans, shirts, hats, and some shoes. You can find some unique items here ranging from a neon sequined happy birthday shirt to a nice summer dress or even some wranglers. Great selection, and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The owners of this store in the managers have no pride are they would sell quality products undamaged. People are allowed to hang around the store front and on the windows in and round the store, begging for money and other goods. Children are allowed to run around and play with toys in the middle of the floor tearing out the displays that should be for sale and are if a person can find one it's not already been torn up in the store the same for the clothing people will try stuff on and leave a nasty pan recliner in something like a nasty panty liner in a bathing suit or pants. No one chicks that before its return to the right. That's unsanitary it is definitely not the American way they have got to do better. Are they will continue to only have certain types of people frequent their store.

As a plus size woman, finding this place was such a blessing. Sooooo many retailers sell clothes that just don't make sense for plus size women. Places like Torrid and Lane Bryant charge a fortune for the same quality clothes. My teenager loves this store too. Between the two of us, we have tons of clothes that have lasted a long time. My son has a Valentine's party at his school tomorrow and didn't have a shirt. I found an "easy" iron-on transfer and asked if they could do something similar. Upon visiting the store to drop off the t shirt, I learned they could actually do more! Full embroidery, vinyl, the whole 9 yards. My son is crazy over trains. They delivered the most perfect vinyl train with his name on it they possibly could have. All in about three hours since my initial contact to them. It's great to have such sweet people in this area. Also have awesome women's clothing. Great fashion boutique- quality tights, camis, scarves, gorgeous fur winter vests, flowy tops, fashionable dresses and the prettiest casual blouses. They also do cozy tshirts and sweatshirts with glitter vinyl monogramming on the front and/or back! They've won me over! Outstanding customer service! Can't wait to visit them again.
