The store coordinator overheard me at the register ask an associate about discounting a…read morebroken makeup holder (it was severely chipped as if it was dropped and broken, but still wanted to purchase since it was the last one). Brittany, the coordinator who never addressed us or the cashier helping, passive aggressively stuck out her hand for the item, begin to type and gave a discount of 99¢. The cashier looked visibly uncomfortable, apologizing for her "discount". It was very passive aggressive and if she doesn't like her job, I suggest she not work in customer service. 9/10 the people shopping are casually shopping or need some retail therapy. If you plan to be unpleasant to people at work, go seek some real therapy.

While driving in, I happened to see an employee and I asked him what time his store opens. He said to me "we are open". It was 733AM. Yep, drove up, closed. How does an employee not know their own hours? Was he just being a jerk? Is he really that dumb? Not a big deal except I was in a hurry to get somewhere and wound up going to Walmart anyway. At least they seem to know their own hours.

They have finally upgraded the self-service checkout registers, so I don't need attendat to help me every time I cash out. I noticed that several sections had been rearranged and looked nicer. This Wal-Mart carries pretty much everything that a person needs. Usually the staff is very helpful too.

Impossible to try on clothes; they lock the dressing rooms, but rarely ever have a worker actually working the clothing section. And every time there IS a worker in the clothing section, they don't have a key. They'll tell you they called someone, and you'll stand there for 20 minutes until you inevitably give up. Not to mention the time I got signed up for a Walmart + subscription without my consent. I went to customer service, and she told me "yeah, there was a day where all self checkouts accidentally signed up everyone who used them." Then, she directed me to a supervisor who could help we with a refund, and said supervisor told me, and I quote, "WELL AINT NOBODY GO ON YOIR PHONE AND SIGN YOU UP." As if a worker didn't literally just admit to me that Walmart self checkouts scammed me. She then ignored me for 15 minutes so I left and went to file a chargeback with my bank. And when I went to file that chargeback, the bank told me they had someone come in that morning for the same exact reason. So they don't take any accountability.
