When I went inside, I was told they were short-staffed and no one was available to shop my order, and I was told I could do it myself--which wasn't realistic given I had a $200 order and was on a tight schedule. I asked to speak with the manager (Arturo). He was dismissive, refused a simple greeting, and stated there was nothing he could do due to staffing. There was no apology, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no effort to assist. I understand staffing challenges happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer service from a store manager was unacceptable. I hope this location addresses how curbside orders are handled so customers aren't left in this situation again.
