Linda (must have been a supervisor because she was going around assisting employees) checked the balance on my gift card and pointed me towards the items I was looking for. I found the product and was astonished to see what all Target has to offer. This Target has a Pharmacy, Optical department, Starbucks, and way more than that. The store was clean and well organized. But the best part was exceptional customer service. When I was ready to check out Linda was there again, friendly, smiling and willing to help. This store was definitely worth the trip.

Good location right off the highway with lots of other retail and restaurants all around it. I like the way it's laid out. Pretty much just like city blocks. Up one street and down the next with many designers stores for the young and older. I thought the food court was a little small and lacking some nicer restaurants. But plenty of restaurants less than 2 minutes away. Always clean inside and out. They seem to take a lot of pride in the appearance of the mall. Definitely one to keep on your list to try. You can hit lots of stores very quickly.

Before they even inspected the tire, I was told it was not under warranty due to the manager was only one able to issue credit and she was not here today. 1 hour later they produced alleged evidence that I had been in accident voiding my warranty by showing me a phone pic of a completely different tire rim with a scratch on it and stated manager would call me on Monday that was 3 weeks ago and no phone call yet. After getting home I find that they stripped a lug nut and broke my rear tire cover without telling me.

Usually staff is friendly, store is clean and the restrooms serve the purpose. I don't use the pharmacy at this location often, but recently, I did. The young man at the pharmacy was very pleasant and helpful, and we even shared a few stories about our ethnic backgrounds. It always makes my day when I receive great customer service.

In case you wanna know why 92 is always jammed up? Its the light at this shopping center....to be fair to all the other traffic lights on 92 (I'm not Starbucks...I'm an equal opportunity traffic light complainer) All the traffic lights on 92 basically cramp my style! Just as you think you're getting ahead when the light in front of you turns green only to see that the NEXT light is red. So basically you're moving towards sitting at the next red light. (If the street light department of Woodstock is reading this....please synchronize them...I promise I'll try to observe all the 50 million stop signs in my neighborhood.... For some reason the left turning lane here is the size of a napkin so if you get behind a guy waiting for the left turn red arrow to turn green....good luck...you can watch a whole season of Game of Thrones and that sucker still be red! The day I went shopping, I made a few purchases, but even that soon led to disappointment. I bought dress pants. I left and went to the target in the same shopping center. There were the same pants for $20 less (not even on sale). The problem with Kohl's is they are always trying to get you to sign up for something to get discounts (and apparently prices that other retails offer without such requirements). I don't want to sign up for anything. It's too bad, my visits to Kohl's are getting less frequent.

On a recent errand day however I decided to pop in here and give them another shot. This Kohl's is located off of Woodstock Square Avenue right beside the Target, Old Navy and there is a BJ's behind here. It can get pretty jammed packed on the weekends but there has always been plenty of parking but sometimes you do have to wait a while if you're pulling out of this parking lot and on to Woodstock Square Avenue. There are lots of cars turning in from highway 92 and lots of cars coming from BJ's. So you want to be patient....you turn will come... I had heard recently that they were starting to sell Mally Roncal's make up here. I've been buying Mally Beauty for years and was interested to see if there was going to be new items exclusive to Kohl's...but when I got there I saw that the display case was completely empty and so I guess they weren't ready yet which was fine. I thought the store was organized and the merchandise were neatly displayed. They had some super cute teen sweatshirts for the fall and some very cute holiday dresses for little toddlers. Eventually I made my way to the panty hose section....I know most people don't wear hose anymore but I still wear them to the office especially in the winter time where my boss runs the A/C 365 a year. I figured since I'm here I'd minds well pick up a few since I'm always going through them....well they were out of my color and my size... Based on that the fact that they didn't have the item that I wanted to purchase in stock and the fact that I must of walked by at least 3 employees on the sales floor and 2 in the bathroom...No one offered to help me or asked if I was looking for anything in particular...I will give them a 3 stars. I think this is fair since I've had a bad experience in the past and this time I felt my experience was luke warm. Maybe next time if they will have the items I want in stock...I can up them to another star....
