I don't understand why the reviews are so mid, this is the best Mexican food I have had in Tennessee and the best margaritas. Everything is real- the margaritas are not a mix they are real ingredients, the meat is big juicy pieces not little shriveled up bits like most other places locally, the guacamole is amazing and made fresh. I would pick this place over any other in this area. Prices are also extremely fair read more

Tito's Mexican Restaurant - Spring Hill - Mexican Near Me - Spring Hill, Tennessee

Service was awful and food is just not Mexican at all at least definitely not authentic. There have been multiple times where we have visited and the last few times we've had it.We let the owner know and could tell he can care less about what we thought about his restaurant . Talk about a miserable dude that doesn't know what he got himself into. It shows that you're not happy with your life running these restaurants so maybe it's time to think about a career change! Will most definitely not come back here and spend our hard earned money . It's sad how a lot of these folks out here don't even realize they are getting fed piss poor wanna be fraudulent Mexican food read more

I called ahead to order a side of rice and beans for 6 people and was charged almost $30, so naturally I assumed I was about to receive a mountain of rice and beans. Spoiler alert: I did not. What I got instead were containers that were not even filled to the top. More like suggestions of rice and beans. For nearly thirty dollars, I expected these containers to be packed like they were bracing for impact, not half empty like someone got tired halfway through scooping. Rice and beans are literally the most affordable items in a Mexican restaurant, so if you are going to charge premium pricing, at least give premium portions. This was supposed to feed six people and barely made a dent. Lesson learned. Next time I will bring a measuring cup or just cook it myself at home for $3. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. read more

Tito's is a regular for us. Always good. Always. Service, food, ambience, margs, go for it !!

Not the best Mexican I've had but Really fresh ingredients and really good service. Ordered takeout and the food was still hot after 10 minutes and the consistency with the food was great nothing was bad or missing. read more

We have always had a good meal here. Fast friendly service. Nice dining room area and Patio. Only problems we've ever had were with takeout. But we don't do that very often. Never had a problem dining in. read more

My family and I were craving Mexican food and visited Tito's after a long day's work. Their chicken enchiladas with rice and vegetables were amazing along with their quesadilla! Tito's is a good option if you're in the mood for Mexican. It's the best I've found without going all the way to Franklin. They have a cool little autonomous robot that brings you chips and salsa while you wait on your server. Kids really get a kick out of being served by a robot. They have music on occasion as well. My only real complaint is that they get so busy that service can slow down quite a bit. If you like spicy stuff and cilantro, give their tomatillo sauce a try - it's delicious! read more

Never order food to be delivered from this restaurant, they put hot and cold together unless otherwise specified, it's kinda obvious it doesn't need to be specified. I order food that's cold, keep it separated from hot! Also paid extra for a side of cheese dip, barely got a tablespoon, it says 2oz on the bottom but they don't fill it up to the 2oz you pay for! read more

This was my first time at this highly rated Mexican restaurant Spring Hill with a group of 8 and had good expectations. Unfortunately, these were not met. Pros: They have an extensive menu of food and drinks. The bean dip, queso dip, taquitos, beans and rice were very good. The salsa and chips were ok. Cons: They brought our appetizers only 3-4 minutes before our entrees arrived. Why bother. The queso fundido, a favorite of mine, was a disappointment. It arrived lukewarm and solidified, so stirring/mixing it was impossible, and we had to eat what little we did by cutting it with a knife. Tipping a tortilla chip in it was not possible. The carne asada meat was warm, not hot, was strangely rectangular in shape, and was so touch it was difficult to cut even with the steak knife provided. The cheese enchilada tortillas were doughy and hard to cut. So, all in all, just an ok experience. Perhaps order selectively and you'd have a better experience. read more

Our go to Mexican restaurant in Spring Hill. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean and quick to clean any messes. Always very busy! We love their food options and taste! The Chile Rellenos are so good! read more

We always enjoy Tito's! Friendly staff at the bar and great food every time. Always consistent

Hysterical response from the manager. Tries to change the review as a positive for them. I've only returned a few times and was included in "the many hundreds of Tito's fans" because there is NOTHING ELSE OVER THERE TO EAT! Actually, as my husband noted, you'd get a better Mexican meal by going to Taco Bell, which shares the parking lot! This manager's response is a joke. I have given this place so many chances. The food was terrible. The meat was so over cooked is was chewy. I ordered a quesadilla - figuring they couldn't screw that up. They did. They used runny cheese. And I paid $1.49 for this sour cream. This was what was left after I was finished. Are you freaking kidding me? WORST MEXICAN FOOD AROUND! read more

We love the food here and two of my sister in laws have had them cater their weddings. The fajitas are what we love most.

Friday evening with a party of three. Told 20 minute wait but called in 15. Chips and salsa served immediately. 10 minutes later waitress stopped by. Ordered food and drinks which came out 12 minutes later. I ordered a top shelf margarita. It tasted too much like a premix drink and was mostly liquid, not what I would call frozen. Chimachangas were very so so. I got 1 beef and 1 chicken. The Mexicano nachos were very good. Over experience was barely ok read more

Fantastic food, drinks, and fantastic service by Arodi. We'll be coming back for sure!!

Food extremely salty and frankly not very good. Entire party was disappointed. Too much competition to be mediocre

We love the other restaurants in this local chain, but sadly the one closest to us is not great. We have had particularly bad to go service multiple times. Order has been wrong, or missing items. Last time my daughter and I were there to dine in, I left something behind. We called about it, and they said they didn't have it. I had not been anywhere else. So my husband drove back and asked them to look again. And, there it was right in front of his eyes in the lost and found. In other words, they either didn't actually look when we called or lied for some reason. Management doesn't seem to want to improve the desk and hostess situation here. And sit down service is so-so. Food is okay if you can overlook those things. read more

Food quality is great, Large portions, fair prices. Quick service. The only thing I'm troubled by- is that they have a tip jar for take out.

This is good Mexican food for around here. I'm spoiled from living in big cities with lots of great restaurants but this is pretty good. I've eaten here many times and will again. read more

I didn't get a photo of my dish (fish tacos) as I sent it back to the kitchen for it being cold, missing ingredients, and came with unripe avocado (completely solid, there's no way they didn't notice when slicing it that it was rock hard). We were exceedingly disappointed with this experience. The only redeeming quality was the alcohol, but that's not why we went to dinner. Don't bother with the Queso Fundido. You can't dip chips into it, and the wow-factor is minuscule given only an inch was ablaze. read more

Ordered a few beers and some tacos and dessert. The service was excellent, staff was very nice and friendly, only reason the low rating is because the tacos did not taste good. Tasted strange and sauce was heavy and the bathroom for ladies only had one working stall. Which is not very good for a busy restaurant. We have the Oreo churros for dessert and they were definitely delicious! Overall the place was nice, very clean, service was good, and the dessert and beers great. I would come back. Probably try something different. read more

Ordered takeout! Fast service, and the order was correct. I ordered the chorizo cheese dip, I would recommend just ordering the cheese dip, as the chorizo grease was not drained so the dip was super grease with too away from the dip being tasty, I also prefer my chips being light and airy and theirs are not. The fajita quesadilla was very tasty , I just wish the gave larger portions of sides (rice and beans) as my portions were very minimal. Overall Tito's is your pretty average Mexican restaurant. read more

Tito's is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants!!! We come here often and it never disappoints. They changed the menu recently and usually I would order the cream shrimp. TOP NOTCH. If you like seafood you must order the shrimp with the tangy, creamy sauce!!! It is delicious and flavorful. Their guacamole casero is fresh and tasty, cheese dip is great, salsa is delicious. Margaritas are amazing. Staff is so friendly. We even had an issue with our most recent visit because of the new updated menu but Kristin made it right and took great care of us!! This place is definitely a frequent visit for us now that we live in Spring Hill. Friendly staff, delicious food, amazing drinks. Definitely consistently a go to for us!! I don't know if I just ordered wrong or what... but if the pastor street tacos or the asada are any solid representation of the menu, this one is a big miss for me. The pastor tacos gave me school cafeteria flashbacks and the asada isn't asada. Proper pastor isn't stewed, it is marinated and roasted in layers. Asada is flank or skirt steak marinated and grilled. For some reason, no one out this way marinates their asada and uses low quality meat. I don't fault this place for doing what everyone else does but if you are looking for authentic good asada, this isn't the place. My rice and beans were old - beans were starting to dry out and had cracks in them like they had been sitting a little too long in the window. I didn't trust them enough to taste them. The rice was cold and dried out but I think I would have liked it if it had been hot and fresh. It's loaded with chunky vegetables. The chips and salsa and the margaritas are good. Service isn't good. May have been an off-Tuesday but a lot of things made this one a miss for me. Skip Tito's or come only for the chips/salsa and margs. read more
