Being told that my only option was to sit in an area where I have repeatedly received poor service, or leave, was disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that it feels as though the situation might have been handled differently if I had arrived with a larger party. As a single customer, I felt like my dining experience was being treated as less important. My intention is not to criticize the staff personally. Everyone I interacted with was polite. Rather, this seems to be a management and staffing issue that directly affects the customer experience. If certain sections cannot be adequately staffed, it may be worth re-evaluating how guests are seated and communicated with, so customers don't feel forced into an experience they have already found unsatisfactory. I enjoy Chuy's food and would like to have a better experience in the future.
