The first review on Yelp besides mine is about theft from this company. Instead of the manager or supervisor talking with the movers, I was asked to come down and ask where the game system is. Everyone denied seeing it, but it went missing between 9:15 am and 4pm when my son came home. There is no other possibility as to where it is. I am missing the items that belong to me. Hopefully someone else can see this and won't be a victim from this company. Poor customer service and owners/management could care less about what their workers do.

All States Moving and Storage in Valdosta completed a move for me…read moreseveral months ago - NEVER HAVE I HAD THE AMOUNT OF SEVER DAMAGE when I have moved as this company did. The damage was extensive - the driver actually GLUED legs that they BROKE on my Drexel Heritage Dining table - making the damage even worse. There was barely a piece of furniture that was not damaged in some way. I PAID a furniture expert come out to assess the damages and the cost to repair everything was over $9,000!!! The owner of the company, John Fretti, did not bother to have someone come out and just used the damage report I PAID FOR and then disavowed 99% of the damages and sent a check for $95. I later found out Mr. Fretti (ex mayor of Valdosta) was a convicted felon and had to resign as mayor. I purchased full replacement "insurance" but that did not matter whatsoever. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company under any circumstances. I have spent hours trying to deal with this and now it is MY JOB to find someone to repair the furniture and what could NOT be repaired I must replace. They DID NOTHING ABOUT THE DAMAGES! I will not be forced to take the company to court for restitution - it takes so much time and effort to fight with a moving company and particularly a moving company that is dishonest.
