Now for the bad. They ruined my sofa, I thought they put furniture on top of padding so it doesn't get grease on the fabric? Black grease on the side of the sofa. Second thing, they were suppose to bring a 3 man team and ended up with 2. More time it takes, more money. At the end, at bill paying time they took off $25 for the third person not showing! Thirdly, they sure chat up with my hubby. Hmmm, more time, more money. The time sure stretched out. Finally, that I know of right now, they put boxes wherever! I clearly had each box marked as to which room it goes. They would also ask me, I finally started saying "what's the box say?" Moving is stressful as it is, I would know, I've done it every two years most of my life (military). This was pretty stressful. I also tipped generously because I know moving "stuff" is not easy. My wife and I had packed up most of the stuff already but they wrapped up anything that might get damaged in any way. At the new house they were patient while we pointed out where everything went, and were super careful putting things down on the hardwood floors. To top the entire experience off; a very small support piece from an Ikea piece got misplaced in the move and none of use could find it. We looked through the truck and I really feel like Cory and Waymon did a great job looking for it. Even though we couldn't find it, it must have been in the truck somewhere because the next day they drove back to our new house to return it! Overall I was highly impressed with both Cory and Waymon, and Jaguar Movers as a whole, and would recommend them to anyone else looking to move.

The…read moreworst experience was Armstrong Movers who left us with unpacked boxes so as to catch their plane, This recent move we paid FL Pro $2,800. to pack and unpack (I found some unpacked boxes stacked in back of walk-in closets) they moved us across town to another assisted living apt. I packed up all our breakable antiques except 2 pieces of English art pottery. They were a 12" high Baby owl and a baby raccoon. I found them on the floor unwrapped with a bunch of pictures (we also have found the glass on some of them broke). The ears on the raccoon were chipped they allowed me $25. credit. Most of the power cables on printers, computer and lamps were pulled out and not packed with the device. They came back and found one of two I could not find. I found the last one today. They are very friendly but the young men are either poorly trained or do not care. Of course we find that in all lines of work nowadays.
