I write this email to demand immediate information regarding your insurance provider so they might make a claim on the damages you caused during the move.  I invite you to call me at the numbers below to discuss your failures.  Mr. Rice and Mrs. Ferrer have given you adequate time to resolve these damages to their satisfaction.  Please respect them during this time and take care of this disaster your horrible employees caused.

There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

They put my things in a storage building and I'm just now getting them out seeing all of the damage that they did to my belongings. I paid extra for them to wrap pictures correctly and they were put in a box against each other scratching most of them. They also broke and scratched many pieces of my furniture. When speaking to the "manager" of the store he proceeded to tell me that I did the damages when moving from the storage building to my home.
