Our dryer began to have trouble drying our clothes after even 3 cycles. Pulled the vent hose from the vent duct and found totally wet clumps of lint and 1/2" of water in the bottom of the duct. Made an appt with Braydon who found complete and total blockage in the duct, so moist air continuously built up and eventually formed a trough of water. He used a combination of a snake at 1 end and high pressure blower in the other to push the blockage through, and after several passes (and a lot of material & water) was able to clear it. After he cleared it, he cleaned up the site and it looked like nobody had been there. Great job. We doubt we would have been able to clear this ourselves with a snake from a home improvement store. We had our house, driveway and pool deck power washed and couldn't be happier. He taped off outlets and doors before starting. We will definitely use Customary Professionals again.
