Sorry guys I have to do this: I hired JB back in the beginning of February. It's now the beginning…read moreof May, I was upset that I was not told that if they leave these huge mounds of wood shavings from the root grinding it would take years to decompose. They also should have only left what was necessary for the hole to be filled in and a bit for settling, not huge mounds that make the yard look like skiing humps. I called and was given promises week after week that they'd come and pick it up. I ended up handling it all myself, but when I did, I uncovered hidden under the shavings stumps are above ground level sticking out. Additionally, the diesel fuel that they spelt and were aware of and said that they'd come back and fix it along with the oil spill in my driveway from their truck. They never came back to eradicate the damages, so I was left to do my best to do it myself. In the meantime, I now have on a tarp under my carport dirt that was dug up and now remains a 4' round 4 foot deep hole in my front yard at the front door. I don't know if I even got all the contaminated soil out. They've been kindly notified of this, but it goes on deaf ears. So I tried to put a claim through their insurance company because they carry insurance and they themselves blocked it from going through because they didn't want to pay their deductible! So why the heck do you even have insurance? It's really quite a shame because they were very personable, fun, decent guys, so I thought. I'm really very disappointed in them. I said no problem next time... The next time they showed up unannounced while I was at work and I found a card saying they missed us... I got in touch with Larry and asked him to make sure to let me know when he was coming so I could leave a check... He told me Tuesday or Wednesday they didn't come until Saturday which was fine because the check had been left... When I got home from work the lawn was cut bushes not done and again the yard had not been blown out $40... Third times a charm right? Not with these people again showed up unannounced I had to send them away it was an off pay week and let's face it most people are living check to check... I asked the guy to please let him know I need to know ahead when they will be coming he said he was Larry's brother and would let him know... Final time coming out I get a call from my cousin that the lawn people are there and want $45... I asked if the yard was blown out he said no... Bushes done he said no.... Well what did they do there's no grass it's cold.... They mowed the leaves that where in the grass.... How long have they been here... It took them longer to take the mower off the trailer than to do the yard... I said don't give them anything I'll be there soon... I left work to come home to my yard a mess again!!! Leaves everywhere cause they never have a blower bushes wild as can be and cut up leaves from the mower everywhere! I wrote a check for $20 and a note for Larry went outside livid telling them not to come to my house again! What am I paying for nothing done!!! I gave the note to his brother who then told me "I ain't given him sh*t"! I said that's fine just don't ever come back! I text Larry explaining everything took pictures of my yard and all... Not one word back from him... But he cashed that $20 check.... They are nothing but thieves!!!!
