I had no problems in communicating and understanding the business, but I know that I will have a huge problem on my hands if Diane decides to retire. Every time I call, a friendly voice greets me by my first name and asks how I can be helped. Yes, Diane knows her customers by their first name and more. Many other insurance companies know us by our policy number... but not Diane. The charm of her office, the discipline of her business and the friendly advice I always receive amazes me. I always get reminders on my due dates and beyond (late, sorry). Transactions receipts are sent to my inbox within minutes. I never spoke to an answering machine every time I called her office. This isn't a Steven Spielberg staged movie set, it is the reality. I insanely strongly recommend her services. You'll never look for another insurance agent ever again. I am grateful for her help and patience answering my question or advising me. Thank you!! Very much!!
