This guys severely lack professionalism, never follows up, always claims to be busy, and worst of all, THEY LIE TO THEIR CLIENTS!!!!! I caught them signing one of my documents by themselves and Craig said it's ok and he wanted to submit it quick to save me money. Hello??? Signing MY name??? These guys are not smart enough to figure out that the document they signed in my place was posted on my online account where I can see, and notice that it is a LEGAL issue to sign for the client. I listed everything they have done to me and asked for the apology, and there's nothing. They're incompetent, unwilling to admit their fault, unprofessional, hard to communicate if not impossible, and cannot do their job right. My life is so much easier with Jayme and I saved over $200 on my premium with discounts that they failed to mention. I know it's a long post but I promise you, it'll save a world of trouble. Please read through this and go with Jayme if you're choosing Allstate. Overall they have pretty good plans.

The good: the agents are father and son - Kevin and Chris Mims. I initially spoke with Kevin over…read morethe phone and he was able to quote me a great deal for basic auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements (comprehensive, collision, bodily injury, etc). He was kind and helpful. In person, his son Chris completed my paperwork and he too was helpful and thanked me for my business. If it weren't for their kindness and understanding along with the great quote, I wouldn't have travelled over an hour to this agency. The not-so-good: It is hard getting in touch with someone at this agency. You have to call back to back and if you're lucky, you may speak with a representative, only to be informed you'll have to call back when an agent is on-site. Not good for business when you have people who are looking for insurance and willing to spend their hard earned dollars at your firm. Their hours say open, but no one, if anyone answers the phone. Also, it's not good nor bad, depends on you really, but there is no way of Mims agency sending your paperwork to complete your insurance quote online. You have to drive to the agency in person to complete the initial paperwork, then from there you work with the insurance company directly and that's when you're able to do everything online/via app, etc. so if you have the means to travel to their agency in Montgomery, then that's great, but if not; then it will place you at a disadvantage and you may have to seek other options.

I have had 4 contractors advise me that the roof damage that my home suffered would not be covered by State farm because they notoriously deny roof damage claims. They also advised me that if State Farm denied my roof damage claim that it would go against me and that they would later drop my insurance if I did not get the damage repaired. After I contacted them about the roof claim and decided not to file a claim because of what I was told by the contractors Trey Pooles office called me repeatedly wanting to know if I got the repairs made. I did get the repairs made at my own expense and I am not happy about it. I recently was rear ended by an individual on I85 in heavy traffic and that persons insurance company Progressive has been dragging their feet about repairing my vehicle so I contacted Trey Pooles office where they advised me that they would not assist me with the claim with progressive but would file a claim against me with State Farm and that I would have to pay the deductible. I elected not to pursue the claim as it was not my fault nor did I want a claim against me. I do not recommend Trey Poole State Farm insurance for any reason. Get Alfa insurance instead they respect their customers and treat you fairly.

I had a claim where someone hit and ran my car and it was suggested I open and close a claim- 5 time, all the while they tried to blame it on me and each time my payments went up because they were open claims as well as months later I was dropped by them, although I paid my bill on time they fired me as a customer due to me opening up more than 2 claims a year in which I was instructed to do so by the Breck Honea office.
