Exemplary Service, Prompt Responses, and Warm Courtesy. My experience with agent Karen Redden was…read morenothing short of ideal. I received all of my options very quickly, and anything I was curious about was further explained without abrasion. I never once felt like an inconvenience and I was even provided knowledge I never thought to ask for. I recommend this organization to anyone seeking the confidence of a family and ease of business. I believe in giving credit where it is due so I was thankful for the opportunity to give it.

I am not family or friend. I am a regular guy who looked for an affordable car insurance agent in…read morethe summer of 2024...and could not believe that Diane and her staff could be what we all hope to find: outstanding service, reliability and a fair deal, all in one place. I had no problems in communicating and understanding the business, but I know that I will have a huge problem on my hands if Diane decides to retire. Every time I call, a friendly voice greets me by my first name and asks how I can be helped. Yes, Diane knows her customers by their first name and more. Many other insurance companies know us by our policy number... but not Diane. The charm of her office, the discipline of her business and the friendly advice I always receive amazes me. I always get reminders on my due dates and beyond (late, sorry). Transactions receipts are sent to my inbox within minutes. I never spoke to an answering machine every time I called her office. This isn't a Steven Spielberg staged movie set, it is the reality. I insanely strongly recommend her services. You'll never look for another insurance agent ever again. I am grateful for her help and patience answering my question or advising me. Thank you!! Very much!!

When you're in an accident they don't go after the other person it's you they blame, you speak with someone and the next time you call they're all of a sudden in a meeting. I called and asked to speak to Breck himself to let him know of some problems that I was having and either they never got the message to him or he thought I was not important enough to speak to. I had a claim where someone hit and ran my car and it was suggested I open and close a claim- 5 time, all the while they tried to blame it on me and each time my payments went up because they were open claims as well as months later I was dropped by them, although I paid my bill on time they fired me as a customer due to me opening up more than 2 claims a year in which I was instructed to do so by the Breck Honea office. This office is a Disgrace! Don't depend on them for anything!
