Stopped at the downtown branch to get a new debit card because mine was hacked. Spent 32 minutes in…read moreline waiting for a teller. Three on duty and line almost out the door. Two employees in offices with no customers - perhaps one or both could have helped the tellers. One gentleman was at a teller when I got in line, he was still with her when I made my way to the front. If your banking needs take that long, maybe someone else can help. 32 minutes is ridiculous.

I have had logistical problems making this payment online several times. They require you to have…read moreyour member number, acct. number, loan number, etc., which are all unique to guardian and nothing that you can produce on your own to prove your identity. I called to obtain my member number since I had not been given this number since I only have a loan there. I paid every payment within the 10 day grace period, which is documented in the app, however, I started receiving notices of late fees which were assessed days after I paid. I called their customer service, only to be told that the 10 day grace period really isn't 10 days. Even if you pay within that time frame, you are penalized for them not RECEIVING the payment within that time. Spoke with the rep, then was transferred to a supervisor who also told me they won't remove the three late fees. All of this after I had the due date changed so that I would actually have a few days to pay if needed. Supervisor waited for me to explain and immediately told me they couldn't remove the late fees. I don't plan to use guardian in the future and would really like to move my loan if it wouldn't end up costing more.

I am amazed by the lack of customer service, incompetency and overall disregard for the customer. Don't waste your time with PNC, I'm taking my business else where!

I just went in to conduct a mirror deposit and as soon as I walked in the lady at the desk welcome me to the inside and the teller was pleasant and swift and as I was leaving another lady instead of just sitting there at the desk as she had no customer she got up and said let me get the door for you!
