Twice I have called them…read moreregarding a potential claim and they advised me that the claim would go against me regardless of whether they covered the claim or not. I have had 4 contractors advise me that the roof damage that my home suffered would not be covered by State farm because they notoriously deny roof damage claims. They also advised me that if State Farm denied my roof damage claim that it would go against me and that they would later drop my insurance if I did not get the damage repaired. After I contacted them about the roof claim and decided not to file a claim because of what I was told by the contractors Trey Pooles office called me repeatedly wanting to know if I got the repairs made. I did get the repairs made at my own expense and I am not happy about it. I recently was rear ended by an individual on I85 in heavy traffic and that persons insurance company Progressive has been dragging their feet about repairing my vehicle so I contacted Trey Pooles office where they advised me that they would not assist me with the claim with progressive but would file a claim against me with State Farm and that I would have to pay the deductible. I elected not to pursue the claim as it was not my fault nor did I want a claim against me. I do not recommend Trey Poole State Farm insurance for any reason. Get Alfa insurance instead they respect their customers and treat you fairly.
