I went into one of the locations on E South Blvd today to purchase a money order. Google has a…read moredifferent address than maps for the E South Blvd location. So I'm on Yelp to talk about it. But the address of the location i went into is 2449 E South Blvd. No one was there but the employees and later a customer who was behind me. I'm guessing the one in charge (because when i walked in she was on the phone). I told her what i was looking for which was a money order. I've been to easy money before for the exact same reason before and it was never a hassle. It usually goes me telling the cashier "I needed a money order and the amount. In which cash was tendered and the money order is printed". She starts to proceed and do her job, but then goes to say to another employer "Come here let me show you how to do this". *Im assuming training*. The girl asks me for my DOB; which i found odd for a money order. The manager I'm assuming asks "If I've ever been there before?" I tell her "Yes, but it's been a little while since i last came in for this". She then ask me "Do you have your ID?" I look at her like ID??? I wasn't rude; I simply just left. Since when is an ID required to print off a money order? I'm not cashing a check. And wouldn't it sound kind of stupid for me to get a money order in someone else's name? As a matter of fact names doesn't even go on a money order until the person who buys it, sign it. When has needing an ID and DOB become apart of the protocol or requirement for a money order from Easy Money? Because I've been in numerous times before for money orders and it was never that deep or a hassle to get one. I understand if i was cashing a check or asking you to deposit or im withdrawing funds from the money order. I'm asking you to print me one out for 500$. Why was all that needed? To make yourself and your job more important than what it is? Cause it sure wasn't necessary. Wouldn't have even stopped there; i just happened to be near it. Publix and their GREAT customer service got me what i needed without any trouble

Don't go here for the drive-through on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend OMG! really Montgomery?! you wait till now to do your banking?! there must be 50 cars lined up for the three windows! To their credit, they stay open and give you a ticket to process everyone in line at noon. However note to self NEVER do this again!!! I pulled up at 11:30 it is now 12:02 and there's still five cars in front of me! I know you're thinking well I'm doing this banking today too but all I need to do is make a quick deposit I would never of made this trip! I thought it would be just a flyby some of these people are doing major banking because they're working their transactions for 10 minutes each! So 5 stars for being open but never again at a holiday weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had logistical problems making this payment online several times. They require you to have…read moreyour member number, acct. number, loan number, etc., which are all unique to guardian and nothing that you can produce on your own to prove your identity. I called to obtain my member number since I had not been given this number since I only have a loan there. I paid every payment within the 10 day grace period, which is documented in the app, however, I started receiving notices of late fees which were assessed days after I paid. I called their customer service, only to be told that the 10 day grace period really isn't 10 days. Even if you pay within that time frame, you are penalized for them not RECEIVING the payment within that time. Spoke with the rep, then was transferred to a supervisor who also told me they won't remove the three late fees. All of this after I had the due date changed so that I would actually have a few days to pay if needed. Supervisor waited for me to explain and immediately told me they couldn't remove the late fees. I don't plan to use guardian in the future and would really like to move my loan if it wouldn't end up costing more.
