Manager Kim (west south blvd location)is vindictive and retaliatory. Demanded full amount after I escalated to her GM but I was told by a corporate agent to do so because Kim was being unreasonable with her (agent)also when I was trying repay my loan. I needed a loan because my mother passed away and Istayed with her until her death and funeral.I'm a contract employee so I don't have paid leave or sick time. When I take off work, I don't get paid. Out of work for almost six weeks for my mom being in the hospital to her death and funeral and felt title loan was my only way until I got back to work. I fell short on paying but picked up a good contract right when they got my vehicle. That contract gave me the money to pay my loan but the manager Kim refused to work with me only offered to allow me to pay most of the loan but then after she found out I called her GM , demanded the full amount. She made a snide remark about my calling the GM as she told me I had to pay the balance in full .These people kick you when you are down don't go here. If you can get help somewhere else by ALL means please do!!!!! Never again thank God he gave me a nursing contract and my family to help. I refuse to feel regret for spending the last few weeks of my mother's life with her . Kim, may you and yours receive no mercy the same as you showed no mercy .
