I have had a title loan with this company for several months. The manager of the place refused to let me pick up the title, EVEN with both verbal and faxed authorization from my insurance company. So even though they were paid out and according to the contract the title was mine, they witheld it from me. This caused me to lose the replacement vehicle I was going to buy and kept me from getting the payout for my vehicle in a timely manner.
