Would literally rate this place zero stars if I could because of their rude and dubious behavior…read more While dealing with them to help close on a family members house (they were not of my choosing, just FYI) by standing in as my mother's power of attorney, they refused to honor the legal document and my mother's wishes of not being involved in the situation, and continue to act inconsistent and with questionable ethics. I took over as my mother's Power of Attorney because the situation of dealing with my grandparent's estate was too emotionally painful for her, and she is undergoing chemo therapy. She literally did not want to talk to any person involved and specifically asked I legally handle it for her. Lupe Soto with Grand Canyon Title refused to honor this, insisting that they still had to speak to my mother. I repeatedly told her that doing so violates my mother's rights, but she insisted. "Selling houses is tricky and big business," she told me as her reasoning, "We just have to make sure your mother can't come back later and fight us legally about the sale of the house." Which is total BS - I have my mother's legal power of attorney, straight up. IF my mom were to try to legally fight them - and she wouldn't, because she's just desperate to put all this pain behind her and try to move on with her life - anything she would say to them over the phone would be completely null and void because my mother ALREADY MADE ME HER LEGAL POWER OF ATTORNEY. I tried to explain this to Lupe, but she continued to argue with me, saying that was just doing as she was told and that she absolutely understands the scenario. And I was like... trust me, pumpkin. You don't know jack about this situation, and I find it entirely rude and offensive that you talk down to me as if you do. Does your mother have cancer? Is she undergoing chemotherapy and not doing so good? Have you had to personally step in and take over your widowed mother's legal dealings and move her into your home to look after her in an attempt to protect her and hopefully prolong her life? Then don't tell me you understand. I let Lupe know that fine, if she is absolutely going to insist upon this - which is technically illegal and unethical, to not respect the Power of Attorney forms - she could give my mother a call but for her to do that, I would be reporting her and the agency. She laughed, disbelieving that I would, and went ahead and did call my mother to speak to her - which did, for the record, greatly upset her. Riddle me this, what is the point of having the Power of Attorney, if it won't be honored? I'm floored by this. And now today, our realtor reached out to me, asking if I've been in contact with Lupe. No, I haven't, not since she violated my mother's wishes and called her. Oh, well, they need me to come down in person and sign papers TODAY so the house can close tomorrow. Lupe left me a message, apparently, this morning while I was at work, but this is the first time I had heard from her. After a bit of phone tag, she tells me that I can either come down to her office in person or she can hire a notary to come to me for $155 dollars. I'm like, first of all, no, I'm not paying that, I'll come down. Second of all... NOW you honor notarized documents? You didn't before, with my mother's power of attorney. But she has to send me an email first to tell me (despite me being on the phone with her and she could tell me right then) what I need to bring in order to be able to come down and sign. What more could you possibly need? Passport? Five year medical history? Literally, what is so in depth that you can't just tell me what I need? . And may I say in terms of the phone tag, this wasn't easy - the phone number that called me didn't originally go through, so I tried looking them up online. But I can't find them. They don't have a website that is up and running, they haven't claimed any of the media sources, not even Google, and even though I can see a few logos that pop up in the search, there's nothing that, from an online perspective, makes this company legit. Shady-shady. Maybe they haven't figured out that online presence matters yet? I dunno. But for me, that's a bit of a red flag that I can't actually find active online information about their company and things don't connect. Even the addresses that I was given doesn't match up for what I was able to find online. Not happy with this group at all.

Terribly ran company. Paid my monthly payments always ahead of time and still was required to pay…read morethe rest of the interest for that month. Then the payoff part is such a joke. They will never tell you over the phone how much the payoff will be, you have to be sent an email and fill out a stupid survey. Then someone calls you a week later. It's almost as if they don't want you to pay it off and all they do is play games. Their website and payoff email survey asks if you want to receive title same day or have it mailed, I selected same day pick up come to find out that the website is posted wrong and they don't do same day release. What a joke right, supposedly it was MY mistake to have "misread" it. Clearly the website says "as soon as the same day". Don't waste your time. Find another place. Save yourself the hassle.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my existence!…read more We fell on hard times and took out a loan. Paid each month and when we were ready had the funds to pay this off. Getting a payoff was a nightmare. None of the girls working there could provide me a payoff, advised I call the department and leave a voicemail and within 2 hours should have a payoff, we've been fighting to get the payoff for almost a month, when we addressed the issue, we were left with empty promises that our calls would be returned or someone would reach out to us, We've wasted more money and time waiting for someone to call us back, we made every effort to comply and do what we needed to to get this payoff per their instructions but in the end everyone went blank on what our payoff was. I wish we never dealt with this shady company. I'd rather go somewhere else that's less sketchy. You would think they would be happy you want a payoff, but no they will drag it out until there's fees over fees Please avoid this place at all cost, there are other places! Ps. The accounting department they speak of consist of only one person! What a joke! Same yourself, if you're desperate go anywhere but here!
