Have been getting payday loans from this company for years. I am a retiree and receive Soc Sec…read morebenefits. Since I am paid once a month, I am not required to pay every week or two weeks like a person who is employed. Anyways, a new company bought out the old Benny's management and I have called 3 times to come in and get a loan and have been told that I need to call back in a week to see if they are approving any new loans. New! I am not a new customer - got dozens of loans before and never missed a payment. But I suppose the new managements prefers employed customer who have to pay when they receive their payday check (every week or two weeks). Those people are really getting ripped off. But, no problem. I will take my business elsewhere. They are not the only game in town.

I did not feel like a number or embarrassed. I was even told about special offers. I was able to get 50% off my first payment and refinance within a couple months that allowed me to skip a payment! Their referral program is amazing as well. Refer a friend and receive $100 cash! How awesome! They also have an early payoff option that is super reasonable. I borrowed $835 after first payment I received a check for close to $70 in the mail. After the 5th or 6th payment I received a phone call letting me know I can refinance. I was told to bring in $2.88 and they would give me $65.00! Plus I would not have to make the payment that was due the next day! That brought me back to the $835 original balance. I was able to pay that off the following week for $840! No penalty fees! I was even thanked and asked to come back anytime. I would recommend if you have an emergency situation that calls for a fast, reliable, honest and people first company.
