If you are doing…read morea basic tax return (single W-2, no properties, no different investments accounts, and no out of state income) JP tax might be for you. On the other side, if you do have properties, investment accounts, you are in the military, or have out of state income, please do a better research and find a well prepared tax office. In my experience, the taxes were no filled correctly, I had to personally do the follow up with the out of state tax office, and follow through insistently with JP tax pro so they do the amendment and fix what they did wrong; it was a difficult experience. Nonetheless, this was a fairly expensive service, I paid almost $600.00 for the tax filing service, and had to be VERY involved with the process to get it through. Also, make SURE you ask about the "software fee," "State Efiling Fee," and "Bank processing Fee." Those can add up close to $200.00, and I did not get briefed about those during the initial customer orientation. . Overall, I just cannot recommend JP Tax "Pros" to anyone I would care about. Hope his helps someone, and to improve the overall quality of service for this business.

I was shocked that my father in law was paying so much since he's retired and qualified for Medicare. We called Ulrich at TWFG - DelaFuente Insurance Services and he went line by line over my FIL's policy and made sure to find a plan that had the same doctors, specialists, and prescriptions for both him and my mother-in-law. He found a plan that covered everything they're looking for with $0 monthly premiums AND if they maxed it out for the year they would STILL be saving $1k+. We did everything via video conference and he was so patient with every question.
