Just wanted to share what an amazing experience we just had switching my father in law from a high…read morepremium health plan at $600/mo to a similar plan with $0/mo payments. I was shocked that my father in law was paying so much since he's retired and qualified for Medicare. We called Ulrich at TWFG - DelaFuente Insurance Services and he went line by line over my FIL's policy and made sure to find a plan that had the same doctors, specialists, and prescriptions for both him and my mother-in-law. He found a plan that covered everything they're looking for with $0 monthly premiums AND if they maxed it out for the year they would STILL be saving $1k+. We did everything via video conference and he was so patient with every question. I was worried since it sounds too good to be true but it really does replace the expensive plan my FIL had with $0 premiums. We're so happy we called and switched, $600/mo on a fixed retirement income is a LOT! Call him if you have any insurance needs, at the very least you'll know your options!

We're out of state homeowners looking for coverage on our El Paso home. Had so much challenges just getting quotes since most insurance companies nowadays won't consider your business unless you already have other policies with them. Since we are serviced by our local State Farm, I reached out to Christian last year to get a quote. The quote was competitive, but we went with a underwriter through Geico to save a little bit of $. What a mistake!! To renew the policy this year, the cost was almost double!! Christian was so kind to take my call when I reached out one year later, reply quickly with an updated rate that was not too much different from our quote last year. I was able to get a quote, have options on costs/coverage, finalize my selection, make payment and be covered all done within the same day!! THANK YOU, Christian & your team @ Rick's office. GREATLY APPRECIATE you expedient assistance and kind, professional demeanor.
