I did call back and the employee indicated that the banking/accounting people are still reviewing my application. And she would call me back. 5 minutes later the employee was following up on my application only because I called. She was trying to verify employment and called my number and not HR. I did give her the number. After the employee indicated she would call, I never received a call back after this. Thank God I had plan B. And went to another Loan Company that took care of me within 20 minutes over the phone and another 35 minutes at their offices. Otherwise I still be waiting on a response from Guarantee Loan. Very bad customer service. I don't even know if I was approved or not. No phone call, no voice message, no email. GUARANTEE they will forget about you.
