Bad loan policies are very unfriendly and financially unsafe for private auto sales. Most…read morebanks/financial institutions will disburse payment for a financed auto loan in exchange for a title. Sun City Finance expects private seller to give up all rights to the vehicle--not just sign title but also have it processed through MVD and a new one delivered (a lengthy process)--without a guarantee of sale. They want me to give up my vehicle for weeks (or more), sign away title, then *maybe* get paid after all that process. I have bought and sold between 15 and 20 vehicles in 5 states. I have NEVER seen such a policy, so don't believe them if they say it happens all the time and is normal. For private auto sale, I recommend use a difference finance company.

horrible customer service ! they lost my check!!!i deposited 2 checks in one envelope for my…read morepayments in their night drop box- 2 separate accounts - and they lost one ! they then called and told me my payment was late - i told them i dropped off the payments together in the same envelope - only one had been cashed - they said they don't have the check - charged me a late fee - will not pay for the stop payment fee i will now have to pay to my bank because they lost my check - they have no options to pay online - or over the phone- the only option is to go in in person or drop it in the night box - i work during their business hours, so i guess i have to drop it off and hope they don't screw up and lose my check again - i plan on paying off my loan and never doing business with them ever again- i will definitely be letting everyone i know to stay away !
