Well, that was me here because this is a Chase of all drive-thru lanes and no actual lobby, though the sign on the teller windows clearly state lobby hours that were in service. I must've walked around the perimeter of the building 6 times looking for a door and thinking I'd just missed it, but no. There's 2 service doors and that's it. So, I played the fool and stood in a line of cars and trucks waiting to use the drive-up ATM, since I'm from out of town and didn't have a car. Funny thing is, there's a Chase corporate building kiddie-corner to here that I hadn't previously seen, and I'll bet I could've used a walk-up ATM like a normal human being there, but since I'd already danced around the building perimeter for 5 minutes, what did it matter if I just tacked on walking through the drive through for further embarrassment? Not that I was embarrassed... though I'm pretty positive the person in the car behind me took a pic of my dumb-ass at the drive thru. If there's a 'People Of Chase Bank' website, I guarantee you I'm on it.

I'm not mad at the idea, it's extremely convenient, especially downtown...but I had to write a review after reading Candice G.'s hilarious encounter with this Chase. I'll go ahead and confirm her suspicions that the Chase building adjacent to this drive-up Chase does house ATMs for those of us sans wheels. The Chase building actually has a real Chase bank in it on the first floor so if you want to talk to an actual person or open up an account you can do that there. So back to this Chase drive-up. Like I said, extremely convenient. There's two ATMs and the rest are bank tellers. The only time I've ever seen a line here is when it's after bank hours. The tellers are all fairly friendly and quick (although this one doesn't give lollipops like the one on the far side of Mesa...step your game up!).

1/22/2022 I won't give a single star to this bank who from…read more2018 keep making non stop errors. I generally call the bank to ask simple basic questions and all the time I received wrong information. If I call a second and a third time, I will get a different answer for the same issue. The staff and even the Supervisor are not at all qualified and skilled enough to provide good professional service. Today I was on the phone from 2h00 pm to 10h00 pm (8 hrs) and spoke to 13 persons. Only because the first employee called Colin made a mistake, I did not want to give up lodging a complaint and report him to his superiors. I wrote down all the names of the people I spoke to, Supervisors included, and how long I was on the phone. It is a disaster! I plan to write a letter and mailed/fax addressed to the the President to share my experience. The people I spoke was too lazy to spell correctly their own names and provide the name of the CEO and President. Unbelievable from a bank! Yes i got a mere insignificant compensation of $75.00 for my 8 hrs glued on the phone but that was not what I was looking this morning when I woke up. I never imagined that my Saturday day would start that way and would last harshly 8 hrs. I would highly recommend you to call twice the bank and ask at least the same questions more than once. You will be surprised what you will get. Good luck!
