Yes I applied for a loan on line and called the next day when they opened their office at 8:30 am…read moreto ensure that my application was received. I was informed of the requirements and it would require a credit check. I agreed. The employee asked for me to call back in an 1 1/2 hour and would have an answer. I did call back and the employee indicated that the banking/accounting people are still reviewing my application. And she would call me back. 5 minutes later the employee was following up on my application only because I called. She was trying to verify employment and called my number and not HR. I did give her the number. After the employee indicated she would call, I never received a call back after this. Thank God I had plan B. And went to another Loan Company that took care of me within 20 minutes over the phone and another 35 minutes at their offices. Otherwise I still be waiting on a response from Guarantee Loan. Very bad customer service. I don't even know if I was approved or not. No phone call, no voice message, no email. GUARANTEE they will forget about you.

I just mention this as they always show a pattern of LYING. The Terms of their loans, and how they arrange them, are shady and fraudulent. They always make the excuse of the shady loans as "miscommunication" because the Ladies can speak very little English (but the point is that the loans are fraudulent). THEY ALSO DON'T have a RESTROOM and they are VERY UNFRIENDLY. STAY FAR AWAY OF THIS PLACE.
