Despite giving them more than enough time, they only completed one year. Throughout this time, communication was almost nonexistent. They didn't return phone calls, rarely responded to emails, and repeatedly told me they'd call back -- but never did. I had to constantly reach out just to get basic updates, and I eventually had to file my own tax extension because I had no idea if they were going to finish my return in time. It's clear my case wasn't a priority to them. After two months of delays and broken promises, I've decided to move forward with a different tax provider. If you value your time and want to be treated as a priority, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have been doing my taxes here for 4 years, and It has not been the same since covid. They no…read morelonger do the taxes with you, instead they expect you to drop everything off and trust them to get everything right. I dropped off two W-2's and notified them of a third that would need to be emailed as I didn't have a physical copy. They proceeded to tear the corner off a random sheet of paper and they wrote an email on it where I would send my W-2. I had requested that they call me during the process and they never did so once my taxes were filed it turned out they forgot to input an entire W-2. We had to file an amendment and they wanted to charge me for it despite the fact that they had made a mistake. They gave me the email for their insurance deals instead of the one for tax returns and then proceeded to tell me it was "MY FAULT" for using the wrong email address? On top of that they used my old address and misspelled it then told me it was my fault as well for not updating it. I checked my old tax returns and their previous employee Yvette had actually filed my taxes correctly using my new address so I don't know why they decided use the old one when I had definitely updated it. On top of that they rolled their eyes, interrupted me and I heard an employee say "quieres que le mienta, o le digo hermana" to Rosa the owner of the company through the phone. During one of the 4 days i had to visit to fix everything I saw that another customer had also had their taxes filed incorrectly. Terrible Place Skip it.
